ADAU Students Participate in Training at the “Çörəkçi” Factory in Shamkir

A new project strengthening the integration of education and industry has been launched between Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU) and the “Çörəkçi” factory in Shamkir, owned by ATS Food LLC.

Within the framework of the project, 13 students who successfully passed the interview stage and study in the specialties of Energy Engineering, Food Engineering, and Life Safety Engineering will participate in the production process for six months.

The program provides students with the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real working environment and gain practical skills in modern technological lines, laboratories, and technical areas.

Students will attend practical training sessions once a week at the enterprise under the mentorship of professional specialists. During these sessions, they will gain real industrial experience in international standards (ISO, HACCP), energy efficiency, and occupational safety.

The main goal of the project is to train professional and competitive specialists who meet the demands of the labor market and are adapted to the modern industrial environment. The parties plan to expand the scale of cooperation in the future.
